• Lady Isobel Crawford – Author of The Gallant Young King, a novel about Richard III, in the Ricardian society she plays Elizabeth Woodville. [Murders of Richard III]

• Dubretta Dubrenstein � Acid-tongued and poisoned-penned columnist for the Daily Blank. [Die for Love]

• Mrs. Darcy – Kathleen Darcy’s selfish, and seemingly slightly derranged mother. [Naked Once More]

• Kathleen Darcy – Author of Naked in the Ice, who disappeared under mysterious circumstances, and was declared dead after she had been missing for seven years. [Naked Once More]

• St. John Darcy – Kathleen Darcy’s half brother and former business manager, who has the unfortunate fate of resembling a toad. [Naked Once More]
• Sherri Darcy – Kathleen Darcy’s younger sister, who resents the fact that Kathleen left. [Naked Once More]

• Christopher Dawley – One of Jacqueline’s literary agents, a “quiet man of conservative habits and attire.” [Naked Once More]

• Hattie Foster – Aunt Hattie (as she likes to call herself) is an agent representing the three top selling romance writers, Valerie Valentine, Valerie Vanderbilt, and Victor von Damm. With “the motherly instincts of a black widow spider,” her business tactics are questionable at best. [Die for Love]

• Lieutenant Guido Di Cavallo – An agente of the Questura in Rome. Handsome, suave, and distinguished, with wide-set dark eyes, dark hair streaked with silver near the temples, and a profile suited to classical Roman statuary. [Seventh Sinner]

• Albert Gebara – Historian studying Christian Saints at the Institute for Art and Architechture in Rome. [Seventh Sinner]

• Bill Hoggenboom – Former sherrif and current town gossip of Pine Grove. [Naked Once More]

• Susan Moberly – Sixth-grade schoolteacher and novice romance writer who has just finished her first novel, Dark Night of Loving. [Die for Love]

• Elizabeth Ponsonby-Jones – An attractive young woman who plays the role of Elizabeth of York in the Ricardian society. [Murders of Richard III]

• Percival Ponsonby-Jones – An offensive, precocious brat of a boy, who plays the role of Edward V in the Ricardian Society. [Murders of Richard III]

• John Rawdon – A doctor with a likeness to Abraham Lincoln and a penchant for natural foods, in the Ricardian society he plays King Henry IV. [Murders of Richard III]

• Phillip Rohan – Professional actor, in the Ricardian society he plays the role of Hastings. [Murders of Richard III]

• Laurie Schellhammer – A troubled teen whose weight problem is the least of her worries. [Die for Love]

• Andy and Ann Scoville – Brother and sister studying at the Institute of Art and Archaeology in Rome. Andy is studying archaeology while Ann is a sculptor. Their father is the famous archaeologist Samuel Scoville. [Seventh Sinner]

• Valerie Vanderbilt – Also known as Jean Frascatti – mild mannered professor of English by day, author of torrid romance novels by night. [Die for Love]

• Victor von Damm – Also known as Joe Kirby (no relation to Jacqueline). Hunky romance writer over whom many gray-haired laidies swoon. But does he really write the novels, or are they ghost written by bored Brooklyn housewives? [Die for Love]

• Sir Richard Weldon – Founder and president of a Ricardian society. He claims to be descended from one of Richard III’s illegitimate children. [Murders of Richard III]

• James Whittier – Professor of English, and head of the English Department at Whittier College, one of Jacqueline’s romantic interests. [Die for Love]

• Jan Wilson – Proprietor of Betty’s Books in Pine Grove. A huge fan of Kathleen Darcy, she decided to settle in Pine Grove after she was injured in a horrific automobile accident. [Naked Once More]

• Padre Jose Ximenez – Jesuit Priest studying stained glass design at the Institute of Art and Archaeology in Rome. [Seventh Sinner]

• Ted – Israeli student of archaeology at the Institute for Art and Archaeology in Rome. [Seventh Sinner]

• Dana – English student at the Institute for Art and Archaeology in Rome. [Seventh Sinner]
